How do I create an account?
Download Bromo from the App Store, open the app, and tap "Create Account." Enter your email, create a password, and follow the onboarding steps to set up your profile.
How do I verify my profile?
Go to your Profile, tap "Profile Verification," and follow the selfie verification process. You'll be asked to take a selfie matching a specific gesture to confirm your identity.
How does location work?
Bromo uses your location to show you nearby users and events. Your exact location is never shared — only an approximate distance is shown to other users. You can control location access in your device settings.
What is Bromo Premium?
Bromo Premium unlocks unlimited profile views, full "Viewed Me" history, unlimited filters, conversations, albums, and more. You can subscribe through the app.
How do I report or block someone?
Open the user's profile and tap the menu icon. You'll see options to report or block the user. Blocked users won't be able to see your profile or message you.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile > Privacy & Safety > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your profile, photos, messages, and all associated data.
What are Chills?
Chills are group hangout events. You can create or join events in your area — anything from bar nights to beach trips. Request to join, and the host approves attendees.
How do private albums work?
You can create private albums that are only visible when you share them with specific users. You control who gets access, and you can revoke access at any time.
