1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Bromo mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Bromo. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Your Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
- You may not create multiple accounts
- You may not transfer your account to another person
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Harass, threaten, intimidate, or harm other users
- Post or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Use the App to solicit money or commercial services
- Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the App
- Share explicit content involving minors
- Engage in any form of discrimination or hate speech
5. Content
You retain ownership of content you post on Bromo. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App for the purpose of providing our services. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
6. Premium Subscription
- Bromo Premium is a paid subscription service available through in-app purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings
- Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy
7. Safety and Reporting
We are committed to keeping Bromo safe for all users. You can report any user or content that violates these Terms or makes you feel unsafe. We investigate all reports and may take action including warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Bromo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user profiles, the availability of the App, or that the App will meet your expectations. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the App.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bromo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
