Taps & Matching

Learn how Taps, Super Taps, and matching work.

Taps are a way to show interest in someone. When you're viewing a user's profile, tap the "Tap" button to let them know you're interested. They'll receive a notification. If they tap you back, it's a match and you can start chatting.

A Super Tap is a way to stand out and show someone you're really interested. It sends a more prominent notification to the recipient and appears highlighted in their Taps list. Super Taps are limited — free users get a small number per day, while Premium users get more.

A match happens when two users Tap each other. When you Tap someone and they Tap you back (or vice versa), you'll both be notified of the match. Matched users appear in your Matches list and you can start a conversation with them immediately.

Once a Tap is sent, it cannot be undone. The other user will see that you've tapped them. However, you can block the user if you no longer want any interaction. Think of Taps as a low-pressure way to say "hey, I noticed you" — there's no obligation on either side.

Yes. Go to the Taps tab to see a list of users who have tapped you. Free users can see a limited number of recent taps. Bromo Premium unlocks the full "Tapped Me" history so you never miss anyone who's shown interest.

Free users have a daily limit on the number of Taps they can send. This limit resets every 24 hours. Bromo Premium users enjoy a significantly higher Tap allowance, letting them express interest in more profiles each day.
